My Story

I've been a Cheshire East and town councillor for over two years and a town crier for six months. I've had my fair share of battles and struggles in council and out, but this battle is one of my biggest of all, I will be walking from Congleton to Manchester on Friday 13th of May! 

I am not just doing this sponsored walk to raise money for Visyon, but to draw attention to our children's mental health and the work Visyon does to help. I can't say how many lives Visyon has saved but we only have to read the newspapers or social media to see how many teenage lives have been lost through mental health issues . We need to take a stand. We need to do something, we need to do more. When someone is at their lowest mentally we have to be there for them, Visyon has to be there for them one step at a time.

That why I'm doing this charity walk, taking one step at a time to bring vital funds and attention to Visyon in their fight to aid our children's mental health. I hope you'll join me and give what you can and bring all the attention you can. Together we can do this for our Children's mental health and future generations mental health.
